The Supervisor agree to use the Union cousin, Two lane, Traffic Control Program, Employee, as there, Appreciate for one year, for at least one day A week, the minimum of eight hours daily. ( Meaning when ever possible with in A year )

The Supervisor receives Apprentice training commission pay weekly, from the Union cousin, Two lane, Traffic Control Program, when the Supervisor bring the Apprentice program to their road repair site.

( For each employee, for one Year only and for only one  life time of the Union cousin employee. )

The Supervisor, will receive one hour Employee same match hourly wage, commission pay, for each Apprentice, with eight hours of daily work . ( Meaning what we  pay the Employee hourly, you be paid by the Union cousin Two lane, Traffic Control Program, one hour for each Employee, ( eight hour day, )(for the first year only )

The Union cousin Two lane Traffic Control Program,        ( take ) State and Federal tax out from the Apprentice commission check at the zero, tax liability rate.

The Supervisor will receive a 1099 or W2 form in January.
